Had an awesome stay here — everything was exactly as described and super clean on arrival. The place was well set up with everything we needed, and the whole process from check-in to check-out was really smooth. Matiu was easy to deal with, quick to respond, and made everything hassle-free. You can tell they take pride in the place. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free stay.

From check in to check out everything was perfect. Host was very responsive, place was spotless and had all amenities. Love how the portal works and can request for early check in, late check out & wine / cheese board etc. Highly recommend & Will definitely book again when back in Perth!

Had a lovely stay with my daughter while visiting family. The apartment was clean, comfortable and looked exactly like the pictures. The check-in process was easy, the pool area was a lovely bonus, and Matiu was an excellent host. Would definitely stay again.

Matiu is a great host. There were some mix ups in term of beds, he is gracious enough to let my son stay in another room for free. will come back to Matiu for next trip

I had a lovely stay. It’s easily the nicest place I’ve stayed so far. Matiu and Rangi have thought of everything. You want for nothing whilst you’re there. The atmosphere was very calm and I was very comfortable making the most of the communal areas including the outdoor seating area. I would recommend to anybody looking for somewhere to stay. Thank you very much ☺️ I wouldn’t change a thing

11/10 stay. The house is so modern and stunning and amenities are perfect, has literally everything you could want / need. Process the whole way through was smooth, instant responses to messages and the hosts are so lovely and go above and beyond to make you welcome. Really kind and even went the extra mile in helping us store things even after check out. ( - the dogs are the cutest things I’ve ever seen)

Matiu’s place is a clean, well-maintained spot where everything works smoothly, and the interior feels welcoming. The minimal outdoor noise disturbances make it an ideal place to catch up on some extra sleep. Matiu is an excellent communicator and a great host. My overall experience at this Airbnb was very delightful and peaceful. I would definitely rebook if I find myself in Perth again.
