Had an awesome stay here β€” everything was exactly as described and super clean on arrival. The place was well set up with everything we needed, and the whole process from check-in to check-out was really smooth. Matiu was easy to deal with, quick to respond, and made everything hassle-free. You can tell they take pride in the place. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free stay.

From check in to check out everything was perfect. Host was very responsive, place was spotless and had all amenities. Love how the portal works and can request for early check in, late check out & wine / cheese board etc. Highly recommend & Will definitely book again when back in Perth!

Had a lovely stay with my daughter while visiting family. The apartment was clean, comfortable and looked exactly like the pictures. The check-in process was easy, the pool area was a lovely bonus, and Matiu was an excellent host. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent public transport: Elizabeth Quay Bus Station and Elizabeth Quay/Perth Underground train stations are within easy walking distance; multiple Transperth bus routes and the free CAT city bus service run through Milligan/Wellington/William Streets. Perth Station is the main rail interchange for suburban and regional trains; taxis and rideshares (Uber/DiDi) are readily available in the CBD. Bike lanes and shared paths run along nearby Mounts Bay Road for cycle access. For tourists a SmartRider/contactless payment works on Transperth services.
