✨ Respect & Noise • Quiet hours are from 9:00pm to 8:00am. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours out of respect for neighbouring residents. • Sound travels easily within the building, so please keep music, television, and conversations at a considerate level at all times. • Please be mindful of neighbouring residents when returning late in the evening, particularly after events. 🏊 Building Facilities • Resident facilities located on level 7 are available for guest use from 5am until 10:00pm only. • Please follow all building rules when using shared facilities at all times. • Common areas must be left clean and tidy after use. • Any breach of building rules, misuse of facilities, or additional cleaning required may result in charges or fines being passed on to the guest. 🚭 Smoking, Vaping & Illicit Substances • Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the apartment and throughout all building common areas. • The possession, use, or distribution of illegal drugs or prohibited substances is strictly forbidden. • Any breach will result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund and may incur additional penalties. 👥 Events, Parties & Visitors • Events, gatherings, and parties are not permitted at any time. • Only guests included on the reservation may access the apartment unless approved in advance by the host. 👶 Children & Infants • Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times, particularly within shared building facilities and on the balcony. 🐾 Pets • Pets are not permitted at this property. 🧹 Cleanliness • Please leave the apartment in a clean and respectful condition. • Used dishes should be placed in the dishwasher before departure. • Excess rubbish should be disposed of appropriately using building waste facilities. • Bulky items, cardboard, and recycling must not be placed in the rubbish chutes. • A bin room is located at the side of the building and can be accessed using your key fob for larger items and recycling disposal. • Any excessive cleaning required after checkout may result in additional charges. 🛏 Linen & Furnishings • Please take care with bedding, towels, and furnishings. • Charges may apply for stains, damage, or replacement where necessary. • Towels and linens are not to be used for makeup removal or cleaning purposes. • Dark makeup removal cloths labelled “Makeup” are provided for guest convenience. • Sleeping on the sofa without prior arrangement is not permitted. • Extra linen for sofa use can be supplied for a third guest at an additional fee, subject to prior arrangement. 🔒 Security & Access • Ensure the apartment door is securely locked whenever leaving the apartment. • Keys and access devices must remain inside the apartment at checkout unless otherwise instructed. • Lost keys, key fobs, or access devices may incur replacement charges. 💬 Respect for the Property • Please treat the apartment, building, and shared spaces with care and respect. • Please do not move furniture between rooms or onto the balcony. • Any accidental damage should be reported promptly so it can be addressed efficiently.
